Accessibility statement

At LeonAI we see accessibility as an inseparable part of the product, not a late addition. The site was designed and tested to meet the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568 (service accessibility) and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

We tested the site's core pages — the homepage, the products page, a product page, the agents page, the security page, the about page and the contact page — in Hebrew and in English, both with automated testing and with manual keyboard navigation, and no deviations from the standard were found in them.

What is implemented on the site

  • Semantic HTML structure, with a correct heading hierarchy and labeled page regions (main navigation, main content, footer)
  • Full keyboard navigation across the site — the products menu in the header, the agent console, and the form tabs and multi-step questionnaire on the contact page
  • A skip-to-main-content link at the start of every page, which actually moves focus and not just the scroll
  • A clear, distinguishable focus indicator on every link, button, form field and tab on the site
  • Text contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements, including the brand colors used as text
  • Full right-to-left support in Hebrew, alongside a left-to-right version in English
  • Respect for the system's reduced-motion preference — animations and decorative effects stop when that preference is active
  • Purely decorative elements (like the homepage animation) are hidden from assistive technologies; all essential information is available as regular text on the page itself, not only in the animation
  • Alternative text for images and clear labels for all form fields, with error messages linked to the relevant field
  • Support for magnification up to 200% and for narrowing the screen width without content being cut off or requiring two-dimensional scrolling

Known limitations

The audit we performed focused on the site's core pages, which use the same templates and components as the rest of the site. If you nevertheless encounter an accessibility obstacle on any page — we would be glad to know and fix it.
